Our Renovation Process
Successful renovation projects begin with thoughtful planning. We start by working closely with you to create the most comprehensive blueprint possible. Once your vision is clearly defined, our team begins the process of transforming that vision into reality.

Step 1 : Selective Demolition
Demolition is the most critical first step in any renovation project. The process begins with a comprehensive structural survey to assess the condition and strength of existing columns, beams, walls, and foundations, preparing them for the upcoming improvements.
This process must carefully consider utility systems embedded within the structure, such as water pipes, electrical wiring, and gas lines. Improper demolition can cause significant damage to these systems and severely impact project budgets. Demolition planning requires detailed system drawings and contingency plans for unexpected discoveries during the process.

Step 2 : Structural Reinforcement and Extensions
Following demolition completion, the next phase involves enhancing the strength of existing structures. Structural reinforcement may be necessary when buildings are aged, existing structures are insufficient to support new usage requirements, or additional floor area is needed. This step ensures the entire building remains stable and safe, ready for subsequent transformations.

Step 3 : Architectural Transformation
This phase marks where design concepts begin to take tangible form. Construction of new walls, creation of additional openings for natural light, roof framework installation, floor level adjustments, ceiling installation, and implementation of various architectural elements occur during this stage. This includes installation of building systems—electrical, plumbing, sanitation, and air conditioning systems. In this phase, the integration of design elements with building materials becomes clearly visible.

Step 4 : Interior Finishing and Styling
Interior finishing requires meticulous attention to detail, beginning with surface work such as flooring installation, painting, and wallpaper application. Built-in cabinetry, furniture, and sanitary fixtures are installed in the final stages, along with decorative elements and interior lighting systems. During this phase, the unique atmosphere and character of the space begins to emerge.

Step 5 : Project Completion & Handover
The final phase involves comprehensive quality inspection and complete project delivery. Inspection covers the functionality of all systems including electrical, plumbing, air conditioning, and communication systems. Project handover includes delivery of warranty documentation, maintenance manuals, and as-built drawings, along with scheduled post-completion visits to provide additional guidance and address any issues that may arise.
