Gusion Coffee Shop is a renovation project transforming an existing building along Sukhumvit 23 into a coffee shop. Inspired by the clear character of the owner, the interior is entirely painted in black, employing various dark materials to create a distinctive and atmospheric environment. The layout and workflow take cues from Australian coffee shops, emphasizing efficiency and functionality while ensuring a continuous customer experience. Every element, from the placement of the coffee counter to the seating arrangements, has been planned to enhance the shop's daily operations and provide a welcoming ambiance for patrons.
Visual flow reveals how the dark palette gives the coffee shop a clear visual identity, while also highlighting how the plan follows bar workflow so staff movement stays efficient.
