These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Too.architects website and any content, pages, forms, project information, images, text or digital materials made available through it. By using this website, you agree to these Terms. Website content is provided for general information, brand communication, portfolio reference and project enquiry purposes only; it is not project-specific professional, legal, engineering, cost or authority advice.
Enquiries And Professional Services
Submitting a form, sending an email, booking a discussion or sharing project information does not automatically create a client relationship, professional appointment, confidentiality agreement or obligation for Too.architects to provide services. A client relationship begins only when a written proposal, appointment or service agreement has been accepted. Signed professional service agreements control the relevant project scope. Too.architects designs, advises, coordinates, reviews and consults; it does not act as the building contractor or perform construction works directly.
Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, all website content, including text, images, drawings, diagrams, layouts, graphics, project descriptions, design ideas, brand marks and digital materials, is owned by or licensed to Too.architects. You may view the website for personal, informational purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, publish, distribute, edit, sell, license, scrape, train models on or otherwise use website content without prior written permission. Some project images or materials may involve third-party rights holders.
Submitted Materials And Portfolio Content
If you send project information, drawings, photographs, files, references, site details or personal data, you confirm that you have the right to share them and allow Too.architects to review and use them for the relevant enquiry, proposal or agreed services. Portfolio content communicates design intent and process. It may be simplified, edited, translated, cropped, anonymised or outdated, and should not be relied on as construction documents, specifications, authority submissions, cost estimates or professional advice.
Cookies And Third-Party Tools: The website may use cookies, analytics, tags, forms, maps, embedded content, social links or other third-party tools. These tools may be subject to their own terms and policies. Our handling of personal data is explained in the Privacy Policy.
