Project Thimble Image

NGWW

2025

A new front structural extension characterized by a black steel frame and cream brick walls redefines the facade and functionality of this three-story house, adapting it into a contemporary residence for an artist. By retaining the original core while expanding the usable footprint, the design prioritizes art exhibition areas and communal spaces for social gatherings. This renovation successfully integrates large glass openings to maximize natural light, establishing a modern environment that directly supports the owner's creative workflow and lifestyle.
