The ground floor was redesigned as the communal core, featuring a parking area, living and reception space, expanded kitchen, dining area, and a central courtyard serving as a shared relaxation zone. The upper levels now house four bedrooms, four bathrooms, a family living area, and a multipurpose room.
The renovation's centerpiece is the creation of two dramatic vertical voids: a courtyard extending from ground to top floor and a double-height living space on the second floor.
