
The 30 Degree in Khao Tao project is a renovation of an existing hotel into long-stay villas, with the primary objective of creating a "Modern Thai House" experience for its guests. The design preserved the unique identity of Thai architecture while integrating it with simple, modern structures and forms. The surrounding landscape is designed as a tropical garden, complete with a swimming pool and resort-style amenities, to foster a serene and relaxing atmosphere.

The spatial sequence demonstrates how existing hotel structures are reframed as long-stay villa settings. Furthermore, thai architectural references are simplified for contemporary use.
